Job Description

1. Perform basic tasks on the server motherboard SMT production line, including loading and unloading, assisting with solder paste printing, verifying materials during line changes, conducting AOI visual inspections, and transporting large-format boards.

2. Operate strictly according to SOPs, perform self-inspections of work quality, and verify material codes, specifications, and quantities to prevent material mix-ups.

3. Manage workstation 5S and ESD controls; handle material inventory and handovers; and ensure the proper use and storage of solder paste and stencils.

4. Promptly report production line or material anomalies and assist in executing production line changeovers.

5. Implement solder paste control protocols and carry out solder paste mixing and temperature recovery procedures as required.

Job Requirements

1. Junior high school education or above; strong sense of responsibility and good manual dexterity.

2. Preference given to candidates with 1+ years of experience on SMT production lines (specifically for server PCBA or other electronics); ability to interpret material codes and basic SOPs.

3. Willingness to follow shift schedules; basic communication skills; adherence to factory ESD and safety protocols.

4. Ability to work a two-shift rotation.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
