Job Description

• Support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and system performance.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network-related issues).
• Assist in system backup, recovery, and basic security management.
• Manage user accounts and access (e.g., Active Directory).
• Maintain proper documentation for IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and improvements when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project experience in IT support is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to Active Directory or server environments is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT field.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
