Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Taichuang Food (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

• Supervise daily cocoa powder repacking operations to achieve production schedules and customer requirements.
• Allocate manpower and assign work to production operators and packing staff.
• Monitor production efficiency, line performance, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure accurate weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and palletizing of finished products.
• Verify that all packaging materials and finished products meet quality specifications.
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct line clearance before production starts and after product changeovers.
• Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Monitor raw material and packaging material usage to minimize waste and improve yield.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and traceability records.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production employees on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure housekeeping standards (5S) are maintained throughout the production area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Prepare daily production reports for management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
