WE ARE HIRING! Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Kapar
Salary: RM 7,000 - RM 9,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to recommend suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer visits.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
