Job Description:

• Assist physiotherapists during patient treatment and therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after each session.
• Assist patients with exercises and basic therapy activities as instructed by the physiotherapist.
• Help patients with mobility and movement when required.
• Clean, maintain, and arrange physiotherapy equipment.
• Ensure the treatment area is clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning during treatment.
• Observe patients during therapy and report any concerns to the physiotherapist.
• Assist with basic administrative and documentation work when required.
• Provide friendly and professional support to patients and their families.
• Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the physiotherapist or department supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Previous experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant or in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of physiotherapy and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well with physiotherapists and other healthcare team members.
• Able to assist patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Good attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a hospital environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
