I. Industry Background

Our company operates in the construction machinery industry, offering a wide range of high - quality construction machinery products, including excavators, loaders, and other related equipment. With a strong market presence and continuous business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

II. Position Details

Position Title: Front - line Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the

construction machinery market.

2.Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team

performance.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs,

and provide tailored solutions.

4.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for

strategic decision - making.

III. Compensation Package

1. Basic Salary:

The basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills level. Basic Salary RM2,500-RM10,000.

2. Sales Incentives:

The sales incentives are based on the type of machinery sold.
Basic Commission RM1,500-RM12,000.

IV. Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2.Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and lead a high -performing sales team.

3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.

4.Familiar with the construction machinery market in Malaysia, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
