1. Warehouse System Management (35%)

• Maintain Microsoft Business Central warehouse transactions and master data.
• Ensure inventory movements are recorded accurately and on time.
• Monitor item journals, transfers, warehouse shipments, and warehouse receipts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support barcode, labeling, and handheld scanner systems.
• Continuously improve warehouse workflows within the ERP system.

2. Inventory Control (20%)

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
• Perform cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Review safety stock, reorder points, and inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend corrective actions.

3. Purchasing & Inventory Planning (20%)

• Plan material replenishment based on demand forecasts, lead times, safety stock, and MOQ.
• Manage and review Business Central Requisition Worksheets to ensure timely purchasing.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and warehouse to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Analyze monthly material usage and recommend inventory optimization strategies.
• Support sourcing activities by comparing supplier pricing, lead times, and service performance.
• Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure purchasing decisions align with inventory targets and operational requirements.

4. Process Improvement & Digitalisation (15%)

• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs.
• Improve warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Lead warehouse digitalisation initiatives.
• Support implementation of AI, barcode, and automation technologies.
• Coordinate ERP enhancement projects.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting (10%)

• Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse KPI reports.
• Analyze inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse performance.
• Develop dashboards and management reports.
• Provide recommendations based on operational data.
• Support management in making data-driven decisions.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
