Job Summary
The Technician is responsible for repairing, maintenance and monitoring of product; installation of product at project sites, assist in the implementation and monitoring of projects/orders; assist in customer services.
Requirement & Qualification
- Minimum possess SPM.
- Have some working experience in mechanical , piping & plumbing.
- Able to work independently in project sites.
- Able to drive. have GDL license is more advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of product at project sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in testing and commissioning new systems or equipment.
- Follow safety regulations and industry best practices while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve technical issues.
- Provide support and training to users when necessary.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
