Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry
2. Strong leadership and people management capabilities
3. Experienced in handling construction project implementation and site coordination
4. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
5. Able to work independently and manage projects under tight timelines
6. Willing to travel for outstation projects as required
   

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Implementation Team of engineers and site supervisors in delivering construction projects with excellence and efficiency.

This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in construction project management, capable of overseeing site operations, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Projects will primarily be based in Kuala Lumpur with occasional outstation assignments.

Job Specification 

-              To manage and assist Operations Manager to supervise projects to ensure the timely and successful completions of the projects to satisfactions of the Consultants and Clients. 

-              To manage and supervise Sub-Contractors and Suppliers and to liaise with Main Contractor, Consulting Engineers and Client to ensure smooth implementation of projects 

-              To  coordinate the material requirement and timely delivery of the Nehemiah Reinforced Soil System namely Anchored Earth, GreenMur component in accordance to construction schedule.

-              To provide technical assistance to the main contactors for the installation and erection of Nehemiah Reinforced Soil System and to ensure that the standard and quality of works confirm to the specification. 

-              To supervise the casting of Anchored Earth panels to ensure the highest standard of quality is maintained.

-              To assist in ensuring that the Quality Control Assurance Manual of the company is successfully implemented.
