Senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships for computer retail and IT solutions. Combines technical product knowledge with sales leadership to win enterprise and channel accounts, expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for computer hardware, peripherals, consumables, and IT solutions (on-prem and cloud) to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new B2B accounts (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and channel partners (resellers, system integrators)
• Build and manage a high-performing business development and technical sales team; set targets, coach, recruit, and review performance.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts: coordinate solution scoping, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts.
• Own deal structuring and negotiations for complex or high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policy.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product portfolios, pricing, promotions, and inventory to market demand.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and manufacturers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap, service offerings, and pricing strategy.
• Drive customer success initiatives and post-sale engagement to maximize renewals, upsell, and lifecycle value.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand and generate leads.

Required qualifications

• Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in B2B technology sales or business development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role focused on computer hardware/retail or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals.

Technical skills & knowledge

• Strong understanding of computer hardware (PC components, peripherals, consumables), networking, and common IT solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud basics).
• Experience with channel management, reseller programs, and vendor relations.
• Ability to read technical specifications, translate customer requirements into product solutions, and work with engineering teams on custom configurations.
