Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee vendors’ operations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and security requirements.
• Perform administrative and governance functions.
• Monitor patching, vulnerability assessment results, and remediation actions.
• Track and coordinate licence, certificate, and subscription renewals.
• Review system and application logs for security and operational anomalies.
• Monitor EOS/EOL timelines and support lifecycle planning.
• Support system risk assessments and maintain related registers.
• Manage user accounts, access reviews, and account hygiene.
• Review and audit monthly maintenance and performance reports against SLAs/KPIs and operational standards.
• Enforce use of standardised maintenance reports, templates, and documentation.
• Support change management activities, including review, coordination, and tracking of Change Requests.
• Support system decommissioning activities, including data retention, contract closure, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ICT Operations, system support, or L1/L2 operations roles
• Experience with security compliance, and ICT policies and standards
