Turn your passion for fashion into a rewarding retail career! We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Fashion Retail Sales Associate to join a boutique fashion store. If you enjoy styling customers, delivering excellent service and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage daily boutique operations and customer enquiries.
Recommend suitable outfits and provide personalised styling advice.
Build strong customer relationships through in-store service, WhatsApp and social media.
Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Assist with simple social media content, product demonstrations, photos, videos and livestreams.
Support store events, promotions and product launches.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising and stock presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in fashion or retail sales.
Passionate about fashion and current trends.
Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media to engage customers.
Comfortable appearing in photos, videos or livestreams, or willing to learn.
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
Positive team player with initiative and a willingness to learn.
