Role Overview

The Quality Controller (QC) will be responsible for ensuring that all products, components, and processes meet Neptune Robotics’ strict quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, safety, and compliance across our production lines.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

• Inspect robotic systems, auxiliary equipment, and components (generators, hydraulics, cranes) for compliance with technical standards
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, classification society, and internal QC standards.

Process Control

• Monitor production workflows to identify defects, bottlenecks, and deviations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Super Factory.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inspection records, test reports, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare quality audit reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure incoming materials meet standards.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality control, shipyard, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of auxiliary systems, generators, hydraulics, and cranes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, safety standards, and QC tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication ability
