Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Aircon Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine servicing, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (split units, central systems, VRV/VRF systems)
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
Perform routine servicing such as cleaning filters, coils, and drainage systems
Repair or replace defective components (compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.)
Conduct system performance checks and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns
Maintain proper documentation of work completed
Requirements
Proven experience as an aircon/HVAC technician
Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
Certification in HVAC or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to handle equipment and work in confined spaces
