Monthly Salary: UP to $8000 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Telok Ayer

Working hours: 44 hours from Monday to Saturday

    Opening Hours:

     LUNCH: 12pm - 2pm (last order)

     DINNER: 6pm - 10.30pm (last seating 7.30pm)

Our client is seeking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join their kitchen team. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in traditional sushi preparation and plating, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and present sushi dishes (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.) to the highest standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen

• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of fish and other ingredients

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on seasonal menus

• Interact with customers when necessary, explaining dishes or making recommendations

Qualification and Requirements:

• 10 years of Sushi experience (Fine dining-preferred)

• Deep knowledge of traditional Japanese sushi preparation

• Strong knife skills and understanding of food hygiene standards

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude
