Full Time Support Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in MILTRADE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

KeyResponsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users and employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Document incidents, support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including updating antivirus patches on offline servers and promoting user security awareness.
• Liaise with vendors and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma, or Higher NITEC, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with antivirus management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent are advantageous.
