Full Time Contract Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,000 in Maxbond Singapore Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms
• Handle contractual and commercial disputes related to projects
• Administer VO/ Addition/ Omission/ Back-charges & Collection
• Manage a team of QS on producing project claims, indemnity warranty, other contractual budget accounting, tracking and management reporting
• Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experience as QS/ Contracts administration in similar capacity within the construction industry. Out of which, minimum 5 years with the Main-Contractor would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and have good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Meticulous and analytical and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
