Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Physically fit and able to handle store-related tasks
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in store / warehouse / retail operations is an advantage

Job Description:

• Organize and store goods in the designated store room areas.
• Label items appropriately and ensure they are easily accessible for retrieval.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness (if applicable) and prevent stockouts.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts and update inventory databases.
• Collaborate with supervisors to monitor stock levels and anticipate inventory needs.
• Notify management when stock is running low to prevent shortages.
• Keep the store room clean, well-organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Dispose of damaged or expired items following company procedures.
• Monitor and manage storage space to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock-related activities.
• Generate reports on stock levels, stock movement, and any issues identified.
• Assist in generating inventory-related reports for management as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures regarding stock handling and storage.
• Ensure security measures are followed to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
• Report any security concerns or breaches to the appropriate personnel.
