Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and systems
• Support repairs and troubleshooting in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Help with maintenance tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, and fixture replacements
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Assist with the upkeep of tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear when required
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Office) to respond to service requests
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or engineering team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related program
• Basic understanding of general maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical knowledge is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good communication skills and team player
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends or shift work

Duration – 3 months, 6 months and more
