Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and Managing 3D BIM Models.
• Developing detailed 3D models of M&E systems (mechanical & electrical )using software like Revit.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other services to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts.
• Generate accurate shop drawings, schedules, and related documentation from BIM models for construction use.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
• Conduct quality checks on models and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and conduct inspections as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling for M&E systems.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines.
• Experience in generating shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with clash detection processes and resolution techniques.
• Ability to interpret and follow BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to attend site meetings and carry out site coordination when required.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
