Full Time Draughtsperson (Structural) Jobs, in Meinhardt (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Drawing Production:

• Prepare detailed structural layouts and drawings for reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and structural steel works.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant local authority requirements, applicable design codes and project specifications.

2. BIM / CAD:

• Utilise AutoCAD, Revit or 3D CAD tools to produce and maintain structural models and drawings.
• Prepare drawing deliverables and technical documentation in accordance with company and project standards.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Coordination:

• Liaise closely with Engineers and Job Captain to translate design concepts and sketches into detailed drawings.
• Carry out clash detection and identify discrepancies between disciplines, assisting in resolving conflicts and maintaining coordinated drawing packages.
• Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of project drawings and revisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit. Experience with BIM modelling will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Draughtsperson or BIM/CAD Technician.
• Fresh graduates from Technical or Vocational Schools with AutoCAD certification and a strong interest in structural draughting are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

This position will be based at Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur. Our office is within walking distance from the nearest monorail (Imbi) and MRT (Bukit Bintang) stations.
