Sepenuh Masa QAQC Manager (ELV) Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QAQC function for ELV projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
• Manage and guide the QAQC team while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and document quality processes and inspection procedures for ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA, BMS, etc.).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and system testing to verify installation quality and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze workflows and project execution to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QAQC reports, inspection records, and test documentation for compliance and handover.
• Escalate major quality issues, recommend corrective measures, and monitor implementation.
• Ensure final deliverables meet contractual, customer, and regulatory standards before handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in ELV/MEP projects, with proven leadership in structured cabling, security, or building services systems.
• Familiar with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO/IEC) and testing tools (Fluke, OTDR).
• Quality certifications such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA are an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and client management abilities.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.
