Job responsibility

1. Communicate effectively to convey ideas, expectations, and information to subordinate, directors, and clients.

2. To lead the team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.

3. Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.

4. To prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

5. Able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.

6. Able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.

7. To identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.

8. Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.

9. Must be able to work collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Job requirements

- At least 7 years working experiences in related field. (construction / infrastructure)

- At least diploma and above

- Computer literate

- Good negotiation skill.

- Leadership skill

- Responsible and independent.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
