WE'RE HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE

KLINIK FENDI (MSA MEDICAL GROUP SDN BHD) established since 2022 and has been actively improving towards healthcare and wellbeing.

MSA MEDICAL GROUP SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to support the clinic’s daily HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with Malaysian employment laws and HR requirements
• Manage recruitment, interviews and hiring processes
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees
• Prepare monthly payroll and verify salary calculations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support staff training, development and performance improvement
• Coordinate annual employee performance assessments
• Handle employee discipline and workplace matters professionally
• Carry out HR policies firmly, fairly and consistently
• Assist in handling staff inquiries and internal communication

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian employment practices
• Experience in payroll, recruitment and employee relations is preferred
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Dependable, responsible and well-organised
• Firm, fair and professional when performing HR duties
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
