Kerja Sepenuh Masa F-B Assistant (Full Time), Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort Johor - Maukerja

Position Summary:

The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Scope and Responsibilities:

· Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate.

· Must maintain high service standards with children as a primary focus.

· Needs to serve all guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

· Needs to work with other team members to provide a positive guest experience.

· Be well versed with all Food & Beverage Offerings in the outlet and be also confidently discuss other F&B areas with guests

· Serve and clear Food & Beverage Offerings in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

· Clears trays, plates, cutleries and cups and reset table in a professional manner.

· To up sell the In House product by suggesting it to the guest

· Must have working knowledge of product specifications on the cooks’ line.

· Be aware of the value of high quality, fresh food products.

· Ability to effectively display and prepare a high quality product for the guest.

· Maintain proper taste, temperature, and appearance of all food items.

Background and Experience:

· Graduates of high school or other equivalent levels of education.

· Minimum one (1) year experience in Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.

· Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.

· Experience multi-tasking and working in an environment with rigorous standards.

· Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction.

Additional Information:

· Malaysian.

· Fully vaccinated.

· Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• F&B Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handling (Preferred)
