Responsibility

1. To Ensure Oqc Are Performing Instruction Given Correctly

2. To Ensure Good Quality Implement By Opt In Line

3. To Provide Data For Engineer To Analyst And Study Rejection Found

4. To Report Out Qa Status Buyoff For Production Team To Review & Improve

Function

1. To Perform Buy-Off Line 4 Hourly

2. To Monitor Oqc & Ipqc Inspection In Line

3. To Involve In Confirmation For Ncm Part Meeting Daily

4. To Perform Key In Daily Data Ipqc Rejection

5. To Perform Key In Outgoing Output & Rejection Data

6. To Perform Supplier Data & Sent To Customer

7. To Highlight Issue Detection In Line Via Single Part (Internal) & Supplier

8. To Perform Key-In Sa Masterlist

9. To Support For Fitting Part From Supplier & Internal-Moulding

10. To Prepared Sa For Oqc To Paste During Buyoff

11. To Monitor & Brief New Joined Ipqc

12. To Approved Man-Changed In Line Updated By Production

13. To Perform Arrangement Man-Power (Ipqc & Oqc) Followed By Production Plan Basis
