Required

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Candidates without the above academic qualifications but with minimum of 5 years working experience in QA/QC field.

Responsible

• Assist QA/QC Manager to ensure job done compliance to the company’s quality control manual as per ISO9001:2000, ASME SEC.VIII Div 1 & 2 and all customers and statutory requirements.
• Assist QA/QC Manager to review Engineering drawings and material procurement orders for compliance with code and project specifications.
• Liaise with Production Superintendent to ensure job done per Inspection and Test Plan, Welding Procedures, and overall project Quality Assurance system.
• Evaluation of sub-vendors for services like Non-Destructive testing, Post Weld Heat Treatment and Blasting/ Painting.
• Coordination with third party agencies and client representatives to resolve QA/QC problems and customer complaints concerning quality.

• Compilation of Manufacturers Data Reports for Pressure Vessels.
• Assist QA/QC Manager to prepare QA/QC document for submission to client in accordance with code / project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
