Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quality Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Automev Global Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Operations to ensure our manufacturing processes meet stringent customer specifications and consistently deliver top-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze internal and customer quality performance.
• Lead quality improvement / Kaizen and defect reduction activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer quality issues.
• Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare quality KPI reports, management reports, and presentations.
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support new project quality activities and product/process validation.
• Support internal, customer, and IATF 16949 audits.
• Provide quality guidance and training to QC and Production teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ QA/QC experience, preferably in automotive metal stamping.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA, 5-Why, and 8D.
• Strong in quality improvement, data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Good communication skills and able to handle customer quality matters.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring equipment.

Advantage:

• Experience in Kaizen / continuous improvement projects.
• Experience in customer complaint handling and 8D reporting.
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with CMM / FARO Arm is an advantage.
