Job Description:

• Prepare purchase requisitions and process related delivery documents.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and data within established timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange and confirm inspection schedules.
• Maintain and organize quality documentation, including Material Reports, Fit-up Reports, Welding Visual Inspection Reports, and NDT Reports.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to prepare packing documents and arrange export shipments.
• Manage engineering drawing document control, ensuring the latest revisions are maintained and properly archived in the company document management system.
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records for spare parts, consumables, and equipment.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook is an advantage.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other online meeting platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
