Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di Champion Group SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects on-site.

Responsibilities:

Site Management & Supervision

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinating the work of subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers.

Resource & Material Management

• Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment.
• Monitor material inventory and minimize wastage.
• Inspect materials delivered to site to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Keep daily logs or site diaries of activities, workforce, and material deliveries.
• Prepare and submit regular reports (daily or weekly) on site progress, issues, and delays

Site Documentation & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and inspections.
• Ensure all necessary site documentation (e.g., inspection reports, site logs) are up to date.

Skills & Qualifications

• Job Requirements:
• - Minimum SPM / Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years working experience in construction or site supervision.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage site workers and subcontractors.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email).
• Must have valid driving license (car & motorcycle) and own transport.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work extended hours when necessary.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Valid GDL or D,DA driver’s license, and willingness to travel to construction sites.
• Have Certification in site safety management (like CIDB Green Card) is an advantage.
• Age below 40 years old.
