Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspection & Testing: Perform visual, physical, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain, and report on data, including re-works, waste, and test results.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and company standards, including ISO 9001.
- Defect Identification: Detect, isolate, and reject products that do not meet specifications.
- Process Improvement: Monitor production processes to identify improvements and reduce defects, often in collaboration with production teams.
- Complaint Resolution: Actively listen, empathize, and troubleshoot to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log all complaints, inquiries, and actions taken in the company CRM/CMS system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, SPM, or equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: High level of alertness to identify minute defects.
- Communication: Ability to work closely with production staff and report issues to supervisors.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
