About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Daily Office Management Tasks
- Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given
- Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team
- Training arrangement
- Field visitation plan
- Uniform arrangement
- Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories
- Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team
- Recruiting & Selecting new SV candidates during fieldwork
- Reporting
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, field operations, merchandising, retail execution, or event activation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage field teams
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for field visits
- Able to work on weekends based on project requirements
