Are you passionate about design, product development, and market trends? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to work together with our design team in creating innovative product concepts and collections that align with our brand’s direction. 

Job Description: 

1. Perform tasks, align with art direction and assist in proposing ideas on products, design / collection according to brand’s direction. 
2. Assist in preparing seasonal style guide. 
3. Conduct market survey with his/her superior on new and/or active products, designs, etc. to find out what’s in trend, what other products / designs that we can add to our MMM, etc. 
4. Going through / pre-filtering, the shortlisting chart prepared by subordinates before shortlisting meeting. 
5. Preparing samples and PowerPoint slides for Seasonal Buy Conference (SBC). 
6. Report to immediate superior and convey requirement on research and development guidelines to teammates and subordinates as and when needed. 
7. Prepare (includes obtaining launch code, barcode, intelligent code, photography, write up, follow up on Retail Price, test packaging and open job) and submit full Packaging Submission + Artwork (by designers) timely. 
8. Liaising with internal teammates and external parties (supplier) while performing tasks assigned by superiors e.g., providing input for costing matters, compiling info for new product research and etc. 
9. Guide / coach juniors on day-to-day duties to make sure they are in order. 
10. Review and comment on all related documents by subordinates e.g., submission, product specification, sample comment form and etc. Prior to submission. 
11. Prepare R&D related reports. 
12. Liaising with Marcom regarding product selling point and write up for packaging. 
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior from time to time. 

Job Requirement :

1. Diploma or Degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2. 4-5 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or retail.
3. Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
4. Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good written and spoken English
7. Detail-oriented and organized.
8. Proactive and eager to learn.
