Software Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of software engineers, driving analysis, design, testing, and deployment of software solutions. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards, while fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and team growth. The team lead acts as a technical mentor and point of contact, bridging communication between management, stakeholders, and engineers, while contributing to architecture, design, and process flow improvement.

Job description:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, promoting technical growth and teamwork.
• Oversee software development projects from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Review design solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of software solutions while maintaining high quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
• Familiar with at least one of the following IT products and technologies: operating system, database, network, security, storage, server, virtualization, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.
• Has good communication skills and can engage with customers both at technical and business levels.
• Able to do professional sharing, technical guidance, and valuable presentations.
• Willing to relocate to the Philippines.
