As a Junior Event Coordinator at REDD Concept Agency, you will play a critical role in bringing bold, high-impact corporate events to life. You'll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly and that each event delivers a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and expectations.
• Source and manage vendors (caterers, decorators, AV, etc.).
• Prepare and manage event timelines and production schedules.
• Handle logistics including venue setup, registration, signage, and materials.
• Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Track budgets and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports.
• Collaborate with internal /external teams (marketing, design, logistics) for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating events (internships, freelance, or agency work acceptable).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools (e.g., Adobe, Keynote, or similar platforms).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for event execution.
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
