We are looking for an energetic, curious, and motivated IT Assistant to join our hotel IT operations team. This is a hands-on entry-level role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of enterprise hotel systems, networking, and technical support under direct mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
User Support:
Provide day-to-day 1st-level technical support for hotel staff across departments (Front Desk, F&B, Back Office).
Hardware & Systems:
Assist in setting up workstations, computers, printaers, network points, and digital display screens.
Troubleshooting:
Help diagnose basic hardware, software, network, and Wi-Fi issues.
Hotel Tech Exposure:
Learn and support core hospitality platforms (PMS, POS systems, keycard solutions, and server backups).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Vocational Certificate, TVET / SKM, IT Certificate, SPM, or diploma equivalent. (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!)
Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, computer hardware, and cable management.
Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive problem solver, and good team player with decent communication skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to support operational hours typical of the hospitality industry when needed.
