We are looking for a reliable and committed Permanent Part-Time Inventory Admin to support our inventory, warehouse, and administrative operations. This is an ongoing part-time position, ideal for someone seeking a long-term flexible work arrangement.
Working arrangement: 3 days/week
Working hours: 8 hours/day
Location: Merchant Road/Kaki Bukit
Key Responsibilities:
Support inventory administration for accessories, contact lenses, and amenities, including system updates and shipment coordination.
Process procurement documents, verify invoices, prepare vendor invoices, and assist with payment processing.
Assist with warehouse and logistics operations, including dispatch orders, price tag printing, inventory transfers, and returns.
Support inventory control activities such as goods receiving, monthly stocktakes, inventory reconciliation, and follow-up with retail stores.
Coordinate urgent stock movements between warehouses and stores, manage spare parts inventory, and respond to operational enquiries from stores.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Prior administrative, logistics, or inventory experience is an advantage but not required.
