Position : Procurement Contracting & Governance Manager

Location: The Horizon Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M.)

Employment Type: 12 month contract with PERSOL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM15,000 - RM25,000 (based on experience & qualification)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead global procurement contracting governance and advisory activities
• Develop, standardize, and modernize contract templates, policies, and processes
• Drive contracting excellence through process harmonization and best practices
• Manage Contract Board Governance and procurement signing authorities
• Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance
• Partner with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders globally
• Drive change management and contracting capability development across procurement teams
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted contracting advisor

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferred) or relevant professional experience
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Procurement Contract Management, Contract Governance, or Commercial Contracting, preferably gained within a multinational corporation (MNC)
• Demonstrated success in leading global teams and managing complex commercial and contractual frameworks in a multinational environment.
• Experience working within large multinational or global organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills
• Proven experience leading cross-functional or international initiatives
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and risk management capabilities
• Ability to navigate complex environments and drive transformational change
