We're Hiring: Project Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

What You'll Do:

Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.

1. Compliance & Policy

• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements)

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management

3. Any other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO)

Experience and skills required:

• Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project, including procurement planning, sourcing and evaluation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minute taking
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks to closure
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal stakeholders
• Preferably familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines
