Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Project Administrator di EMS Group Selangor - Maukerja

EMS Wiring Systems is looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of mission-critical Data Center infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and contractors.

Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Track project schedules, deliverables, and documentation submissions

Manage document control, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, and material submissions

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Support procurement, delivery coordination, and project billing documentation

Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and up to date

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (experience in construction, ICT infrastructure, or Data Center projects is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
