Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, hands-on Creative Intern (Video) who is passionate about creating compelling visual content and eager to gain real-world experience in photography, videography, motion graphics, social media, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with foundational skills in these areas, developed through their studies, personal projects, freelance work, internships, or self-directed learning.

You will work alongside our creative team to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communication. From production planning to filming, editing, and post-production, you will gain hands-on experience in the full creative process while building a portfolio of work that makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of photo, video, motion graphics, social media, campaign, event, and internal communication content
• Assist with filming, editing, and preparing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Adapt existing video and design assets into motion-based content for various channels and in different formats
• Support pre-production planning and production coordination, including schedules, shot lists, locations, talent, and production assets
• Organise footage, project files, and asset libraries to maintain efficient content production workflows
• Collaborate with designers, videographer, editor, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, Media, or a related discipline.
• No prior work experience is required. We welcome candidates who have developed foundational design or motion graphics skills through academic work, personal projects, internships, freelancing, passion projects, or self-directed learning
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy for brand applications
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Basic understanding of motion graphics principles, including animation, transitions, timing, pacing, and movement
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Able to receive feedback positively and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced creative environment
• Interest in health, fitness, longevity, hospitality, or brand experience design is a plus
• Curiosity about emerging AI-powered creative tools and their role in modern design workflows is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms that support ideation, design, animation, and content creation is advantageous
