Kerja Sepenuh Masa Equipment Maintenance Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with manufacturing and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools to ensure timely restoration of production operations.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust, and reassemble equipment based on engineering drawings, blueprints, technical manuals, and repair procedures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Rebuild and refurbish manufacturing equipment and components when required.
• Perform equipment modifications and upgrades according to engineering specifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute equipment checkout and functional testing following repairs or maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document equipment issues, repairs, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment using diagnostic and testing instruments.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and root cause analysis.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including 12-hour shifts, when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
