Kerja Sepenuh Masa Admin Executive (Warehouse), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,600 di Rainbow Distribution Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage local warehousing activities:
• Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports
• Packing for Courier pick up
• General stock cleanliness
• Delivery Arrangements:
• Coordinating local courier pick up + shipment tracking
• Daily update on shipment statuses to sales team
• Delivery coordination for ECART orders (with UPS/other delivery partners)
• Assist sales team in the following:
• Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
• Assist marketing team in the following:
• Sourcing and production of all point-of-sale materials as instructed
• Execution of marketing-related events/activities as assigned
• Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
• Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold
• Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
• Track and report all office related expenses
• To provide administrative support for all office-related activities
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by Head of Department
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage data with precision and confidentiality
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
• Location at Oval Tower Damansara

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
