Job description

Role Expectation

• Assist supervisor on Accounting Activities including Full Set of Accounts, Monthly Management Reporting and any Other Ad-Hoc Reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with the processing of invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
• Assist in Preparing Company Budget, Cashflow Forecast and Variance Analysis Report.
• Make Recommendations to Improve And/or Enhance existing procedures and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Executive or supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
