Key Responsibilities

1. Check on discrepancies between the structural and architectural drawings and issues RFI (Request for Information).

2. Review actual work completed and review to ensure conformance with performance standards.

3. Coordinate and liaise with Specialist Consultant on technical problems or issues arising at site.

4. Monitor work progress closely and ensure quality control is maintained.

5. Submit progress report to highlight on variances/deviation to the Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager.

6. Monitor the quality and work progress of workers in the various trades.

7. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.

8. Ensure adherence to ABMS Procedures, ABAC Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, MACC Act 2009 regulations and guidelines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
