• Monitor and analyze the reliability and performance of vessels, machinery, and critical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring failures.
• Review maintenance records, equipment history, and operational data to identify trends and improve asset performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Vessel Teams to optimize maintenance planning and equipment availability.
• Develop maintenance strategies, inspection plans, and reliability improvement initiatives for critical assets.
• Prepare reliability reports, KPIs, technical recommendations, and performance analysis for management.
• Support dry docking, vessel inspections, commissioning, major maintenance, and equipment overhauls.
• Liaise with OEMs, contractors, classification societies, and service providers on technical matters.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures, OEM recommendations, statutory regulations, and classification society requirements.
• Assist in maintenance budgeting, spare parts planning, and lifecycle management of equipment.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and emergency maintenance when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Lead or Technical Manager.
• Experienced in Marine/FSO/FPSO

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
