Key Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims and maintain contractual documentation.
• Manage project registers (Progress Claims, VO, EOT, Payment Status, Insurance, Performance Bond, Final Account, etc.).
• Prepare and review letters, project orders, and contract-related documents.
• Ensure proper document control, filing, version control, and quality checks.
• Assist with Purchase Requisitions (PRF), Purchase Orders, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, and Finance teams on contract matters.
• Prepare reports and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, project coordination, or quantity surveying.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
