Full Time Junior Support Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in INFOMINA BERHAD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with OS installation and configuration (Windows/macOS).
• Provide guidance on software usage and basic IT policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or specialized teams.
• Perform routine checks on hardware and software.
• Assist in diagnosing basic network connectivity issues.
• Support VPN and remote access setup.
• Work closely with senior engineers and IT teams on projects.
• Participate in deployments and migrations as needed.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Basic technical knowledge of: Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory and user management Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
