Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: RM2,310.00
• Travel Allowance: RM200.00
• Attendance Allowance: RM200.00

Total Monthly Package: RM2,710.00

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet
• Support in supervising sales staff, including task allocation, staff discipline, and performance monitoring
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, receiving, and merchandising activities
• Assist in cash handling, daily sales reporting, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, and safety standards
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Take charge of the outlet in the Supervisor’s absence when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior cashier role
• Experience in airport retail, convenience store, bookstore, or FMCG retail is an added advantage
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy

Working Hours

• 6 days work, 1 day off .
• 8.5 hours per day.
