Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise technical drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings to produce accurate drafting work.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and site personnel to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Update drawings according to design changes, site conditions and client requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards and company requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision records of all drawings.
• Perform drawing checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies and technical issues during the project.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required to verify site conditions.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Building Technology or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other CAD software is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to meet project deadlines and work under pressure.
• Willing to visit project sites when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
